Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, VSBG).
There is deliberately no link to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: that platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.
Liability for content
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws, in accordance with § 7 (1) DDG. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.
